Betheny has been fortunate to work on many on-camera gigs in commercials, films, and television shows. But her true break came in the world of voiceover. Betheny has had the pleasure and honor of being the voice of many networks such as Hallmark Channel, SYFY, Paramount Plus, TV Land, Bally Sports, Style, and Pac-12 Network, has booked a multitude of commercial campaigns (national and regional) for big brands such as Toyota, Skinnygirl Alcohol, Windex, Woolite, Nextgard, AT&T and TJ Max (to name a few), has announced live awards shows such as CMT Music Awards, Miss USA, and Miss Universe, worked on video games, narration, corporate videos, e-learning, training videos, pilot series, animation series, and is still currently working as the voice of several networks and shows, and has several commercial campaigns running.
Working mainly out of her professional, fully equipped Los Angeles based home studio (she also loves to travel to studios for work) she records from her Whisper Room, with state of the art equipment and programs such as Source Connect, Phone Patch, and Neumann and Sennheiser microphones. Betheny is primed and excited to deliver the highest quality audio – precisely when and how you need it.

Coaching
Voice Over is not just about having a “cool voice” or how many characters you can create. Sure, that’s part of it, but besides vocal talent, the VO world is a business. It’s how to make a connection with copy, with your audience, knowing what words to highlight, the cadence and pace of the reads, as well as understanding what the clients are looking for. It’s an art, first and foremost because your job is to make words come to life.

With over 15 years of experience in the Voice Over world, having booked hundreds of commercials, national network promo jobs, explainer videos, live announce, industrials, and more, and being repped by some of the biggest agents and management coast to coast, I can give you insight on how to break into the business, demo reels and equipment you will need, give you tips and tricks on how to tighten up your reads so your booking rate increases, and also coach you on your auditions. 2016 changed my life.
That was the year my biggest dream came true…
I became a mom. 🤍
April 24, 2016 was the greatest day of my life — the day I met my daughter, and the day my whole world got bigger in the most beautiful way.
And honestly? That year was a whirlwind.
I celebrated my one-year wedding anniversary (divorced in 2018… but that’s another chapter 😅) with a trip to Bora Bora — pregnant.
Then I became a mom in April…
And later that year we traveled to Greece, Italy, and Mexico.
It felt like life cracked open into a whole new world.
A new identity.
A new purpose.
A new kind of love I didn’t even know existed.
2016 was the year everything changed — and I’ll never forget it.

The hardest part about becoming a single mom…
wasn’t the divorce.
It was grieving the life I thought I’d have.
The family I imagined.
The version of me who believed love would look a certain way.

Well… this was certainly an adventure. 😍
Black water rafting in Waitomo, New Zealand.
@lauragriertravel and I suited up in 7mm wetsuits and climbed down into one of Waitomo’s underground cave systems—where we jumped off mini waterfalls, floated through icy water, and just stared in awe at the glowing blue-green magic above us.
The glow worms made it feel like we were drifting beneath a secret galaxy—an otherworldly hidden world built for the boldest explorers.
And fun fact: those “stars” are actually larvae spinning sticky webs to catch insects drifting through the cave. Wild.
Worth every second. Waitomo, you did not disappoint. ✨

Each year on NYE, I “name” the following year. 2025, was the year of INVESTMENT. Everything I did was to invest in something or someone. It was a year of allowing things to grow into what I wanted them to be instead of needing them to show up immediately. It taught me patience. That sometimes waiting for the right opportunities to show up, is better than rushing into something that didn’t serve me. It also allowed me to truly appreciate what I’ve set out to achieve.
I invested in and friendships.
I invested in motherhood.
i invested in my home.
I invested in my health and well being.
I invested in my ability to just “be” and enjoy everything I’ve worked so intentionally for.
I turned 50 in 2025, and realized that it’s quite likely I’ve lived most of my life in the past. So I invested in making memories through experiences that outweighed stuff and things. And also realized I truly don’t give a f*ck about dumb sh$t that’s not worth my time or energy.
But most of all, I invested in giving myself the grace I’ve needed to live messy, raw, and openly so I can create space for what is to come.
2026, is the year of “Rebirth and Rebuild”. And I’m excited for what’s next.
