Betheny has had the pleasure and honor of being the voice of many networks such as Hallmark Channel, SYFY, Paramount Plus, TV Land, Bally Sports, Style, and Pac-12 Network, has booked a multitude of commercial campaigns (national and regional) for big brands such as Toyota, Skinnygirl Alcohol, Windex, Woolite, Nextgard, AT&T and TJ Max (to name a few), has announced live awards shows such as CMT Music Awards, Miss USA, and Miss Universe, worked on video games, narration, corporate videos, e-learning, training videos, pilot series, animation series, and is still currently working as the voice of several networks and shows, and has several commercial campaigns running.
Working mainly out of her professional, fully equipped Los Angeles based home studio (she also loves to travel to studios for work) she records from her Whisper Room, with state of the art equipment and programs such as Source Connect, Phone Patch, and Neumann and Sennheiser microphones. Betheny is primed and excited to deliver the highest quality audio – precisely when and how you need it.

Coaching
Voice Over is not just about having a “cool voice” or how many characters you can create. Sure, that’s part of it, but besides vocal talent, the VO world is a business. It’s how to make a connection with copy, with your audience, knowing what words to highlight, the cadence and pace of the reads, as well as understanding what the clients are looking for. It’s an art, first and foremost because your job is to make words come to life.

Last December, I made one of my biggest dreams come true…I bought a home. 🏠
I had been freaking about this for years. But hey…got married, had a kid, got divorced, single parent hood, and still pursuing my career, all came first. This has been something I’ve been working toward, manifesting and saving up for.

Let’s talk voice quality. Voice care. And why it’s so important in my industry and as you age.
I’ve been fortunate to work consistently as a voice actor. And with that, also comes the responsibility to take care of my voice. It’s not always easy. I’ve had to go on days of voice rest. Be on lots of anti inflammatory medications. Even get injections directly into my vocal cords and not speak for a week. Needless to say, I’ve learned a lot about how to take care of my voice to avoid medical intervention if possible.
These my top 5 things to do to maintain the health of your voice.

💥49 days till 50!!💥
✨Self care is so important. When I tell people that I’m turning 50, they ask me what I do to maintain my health. Well…it’s a multitude of things and at times, a grueling amount of work. But it feels great and keeps me healthy mentally and physically. Both are equally important.
✨So much of your physical well being has a lot to do with your mental health. And as a woman, your mental health can be a reflection about how you feel in your body. When you don’t feel good, it can challenge your body and lead to dis-ease. The mind body connection is so strong, and gets stronger as we women age. We take notice of all the little things that change.
Our face. Our weight. Our skin. Our muscles. Our monthly cycles, just to name a few. We have to consistently work to bring back collagen, vitamins, hormones and muscle tone. It takes time, focus and dedication to keep yourself in shape, both physically and mentally so you can embrace the change and own it. But it’s worth it because you FEEL good in your own skin.
I’d never done contrast therapy, so I figured I would give it a try!

I can’t believe in 50 days, I’ll be 50! Wow…all the feels. Not gonna lie…I’m looking forward to it!! I’ve broken down, broken through and broken open.
As I countdown to enter this next decade of my life, I cent help but think about my past and how it’s impacted where I’m at and where I’m going.
✨Making it to 50 is a monumental one to me. Losing my brother at 47 years young, humbled me. Made me grateful for my health, for becoming a mother, for my family and friends, and for realizing all of my dreams. It’s not always about the journey, but also about reveling in the moments when you arrive at your destination.
✨At what’s called “midlife” you can’t help but reflect, in a curious way to say “what’s next?” There is so much I’ve accomplished and so much more to do. But most of all, I’ve arrived at the best version of myself and hope to inspire others to do the same.
